Our candidates go through a series of steps to ensure they are the right fit for our customer’s job:

  • Skills Evaluation – Through past employment and other methods

  • Employment Verification

  • Security Clearance Verification: If candidates do not hold a security clearance, they will go through a background check before being granted a clearance
